Yoga Anatomy and Therapy Teacher Training Course has a duration of total 30days (4 weeks). This course helps to provide a deeper knowledge about the functioning of body. Also, it helps us in understanding the movement of different muscles and body parts while doing asanas and also gives a clear picture of breath movement in each and every movement of asana. Studying Anatomy also helps in understanding the exact posture of body and alignment of body. This study of anatomy also helps mainly in therapy .
Study of Integrated Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga Therapy helps us to cure both physical and mental illness. Understanding the main reason of illness in today’s world helps us in understanding the therapy concepts. If we see deeply, what is the main reason of problems nowadays? Let us not see the problems only from outer area but see it from deep inside. It is because of not understanding the reality. We tend to stay more in the materialistic world that we have almost forgotten the real me inside. Because of not staying in the reality, a person suffers..hence miseries come in his life this makes a person suffer from mental problems and which in turn leads to physical problems. Then, becoming dependent on medicines, we invite many other problems. And so this cycle continues. Because of not understanding the real cause, we never can solve it.
So, in Yoga Therapy we try to understand that real cause and become free from physical and mental problems in our life.
